Kate Rahmeyer is a nonprofit strategist, legal document specialist, and mission-focused entrepreneur with a deep commitment to helping others launch and lead impactful organizations. Since founding Midtown Document Prep in 2017, Kate has helped hundreds of nonprofits across nearly every U.S. state become fully operational — from formation to 501(c)(3) status to long-term compliance. As the current Executive Director of a rural California nonprofit, she combines real-world leadership with a streamlined, practical approach to document preparation and nonprofit strategy.

Kate holds a B.A. in English Literature from UC Davis, a Paralegal Certificate from UC Berkeley, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising and Development from UC San Diego. Her work spans legal filings, compliance systems, board training, grant management, and executive coaching. She’s also built and overseen community-based programs including low-barrier homeless shelters and social enterprise cafés. Whether you're starting fresh or scaling for impact, Kate offers both the expertise and clarity to help you build something sustainable — and meaningful.

When she isn’t a slave to the keyboard, she is playing in the remote Lost Sierra’s with her family of (6!) and Cane Corso, Ham.
